There are multiple outlets that deliver information, and it can be confusing especially for new families!

Below outlines each outlet and what information is provided. Click on the blue links below for sign up.

ParentSquare: Information directly from Poinsettia Elementary's front office and/or District office. It can be anything from a school announcement (i.e. assembly, early dismissal days, school closures), District newsletters and public safety. Plus, flyers for after school enrichment programs offered by community partners.

PeachJar: Digital flyers from external community partners, most often related to after school enrichment programs and camps (i.e. sports, chess, dance, STEAM, etc).

Facebook & Instagram: PTA updates, reminders and pictures directly in your feed. Click "Follow" so you can receive posts and don't forget to "Like" our page.

Panther Pulse: Sunday weekly newsletter from the PTA with announcements and reminders for the upcoming weeks.

Aeries: The parent portal used by the District for student enrollment. Plus, access to report cards, attendance and grade information.

Carlsbad Education Foundation (CEF): Looking for on-campus child care, music & STEAM enrichment programs, summer camps, and/or community support forums? The Carlsbad Educational Foundation (CEF) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides private support for public education programs throughout the Carlsbad Unified School District, for every student in K-12.
